This particular unit was worlds above some of the other units we've stayed in a Sea Cabins. NICE!
We really enjoyed our stay in this updated unit. I liked that it was on the 2nd floor, which puts you up high enough for views but you don't have to carry luggage, etc. up 3 flights (the building doesn't have an elevator). The unit has been beautifully updated and stocked with quality items (dishes, coffee makers, linens, decor items, etc.). The owners are wonderful to work with and were very accommodating. My only suggestion would be to update the living room furniture but all in all, it is just lovely. Very relaxing and bright. Also is a perfect location for walking to everything in downtown Isle of Palms.

We had a wonderful experience this year, renting with VRBO. The house was clean and so well appointed, we lacked nothing. The pool was a big plus and was cleaned twice during our stay. Relaxing Beach Getaway
Awesome condo right off of the beach with private access to a pier, beach and pool. What more could you want! The condo itself was cute and there was even a goodie bag waiting there for us. The condo location was great, walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store and other amenities, we never had to drive. Would definitely stay there again!

WE RENTED WAVE RUNNERS FOR A DAY FROM 77 WATER SPORTS, ALSO FABULOUS. BEST VACATION EVER. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO AND WILL RENT THIS HOUSE AGAIN. THE VIEW OF THE HOUSE WAS AWESOME. THE HOT TUB WAS A PLUS BUT WE WERE OUT ON THE LAKE ALL DAY. Exactly What We Were Looking For
This property was absolutely perfect for me and my husband! It was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. I will say that if you are looking for a place for more than 2 adults and maybe 1 small child, then this may be too small for you. There were only 2 of us so this wasn't a concern at all for us. The pool was also very cleaned and well maintained. I do wish there were umbrellas at the pool though. The location couldn't have been more perfect. It's within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars and some shopping. The owners of this property were excellent to work with. They made the whole process easy and worry free. We even had an issue with the beach umbrella breaking and they immediately had the property manager address the issue. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Fantastic Vacation Experience!!!!
Husband, wife, two adult children... all unanimous that this was one of our best vaction locations! Tim & Kathy run an excellent operation! Everything was better than described. Location was quiet, yet easily accesible to dining & activities. The Lake view was enchanting! Every day we enjoyed breakfast on the upper deck, and ended the say with a glass of wine watching the gorgeous sunsets. Dock has 10' depth, so plenty for any boat you want to rent and enjoy. Protected cove made paddleboarding and relaxed floating in the water most enjoyable! Have recommended the house to several friends already, and we hope to repeat our stay in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Teenagers

Great Rental, Would Rent Again for Future Vacations
My husband and I just spent a week at the IOP last week and stayed at this particular condo. We were very happy with this condo and would absolutely stay here again. Previously, we had only stayed in the Wild Dunes and I was a little worried about staying outside of the Wild Dunes Resort. However, this property met all our expectations. Parking was convenient, the condo was clean and well furnished/equipped, the owners were responsive and accommodating, the beach access was across the street and incredibly convenient. I read a number of reviews on this condo complex and the complex across the street and there seems to be a pretty big difference in experience by condo and how it is kept up. Tim and Kathy keep their condo in incredible shape and I felt completely at home. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.

Terrific charmer, right near the beach
Our family of 5 stayed here over July 4th week, and couldn't have been happier. The house has been wonderfully renovated, and the kitchen, pool, baths, TVs, etc. were all in great condition (the pool is small but has a neat seating ledge for parents and is perfect for kids to splash in). They had beach chairs, buggy, boogie boards, and pool/beach toys, too. This part of IOP is less crowded, and the beach access was very, very close. We're already thinking we'll rent again this fall.

Perfect Week!
My family and I decided to skip the beach this year for our vacation and try a week at the lake. We found Camp Langtree and immediately fell in love. From the beginning, the owners were WONDERFUL to work with. They were very responsive and made sure we had all information before arriving. The pictures of the house online do not do it justice. It is a beautiful lake front home with all the amenities you could hope for. The kitchen comes fully equipped with anything you need to cook elaborate meals. The dock was perfect with both a covered area to escape the sun and space to sunbathe if that is your preference. One of the huge benefits to this house is the relatively flat yard that leads down to the lake...perfect for families with young children, older adults, or anyone that just doesn't want to have to walk down a steep cliff to get to the water. We enjoyed all meals on the front porch of the house overlooking the water and relaxed on the very comfortable wicker furniture. This vacation was truly one we will not forget and hope to return next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We spent a fantastic stay in this condo. It was exactly as described. Very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. We loved Isle of Palms. The location was excellent (close to the beach and the pool, shopping, restaurants and Charleston). We would definitely recommand this rental.

Great simple place for two people on the beach
Young couple came here in 2010. Loved it. Photos on the website make it look older, but everything was pretty new and in good shape. This unit had 2 beach chairs and umbrella. It had 1 master bed and 2 small bunk beds, so more than 2 adults might be a tighter squeeze. Isle of Palms was new for us. Quiet beach which was just what we were looking for. Good location, a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance. About 20 min drive to Charleston. Have recommended this unit to friends who have stayed there and liked it also. Overall, unit in good shape and owners responsive.
